Calling All Football Teams

Since Trent was still running a fever since our last check up - we brought him back to the Doctors- for a combo well/sick visit. Trent ended up having his 1st ear infections in both ears- so that's what was still causing the high fevers. We got some antibiotics and he is on the road back to recovery. Mr. Happy is coming back! The Dr. told us that Trent is in the 97th percentile- which is how the child's size compares with that of children the same age. Just to think there's 3% of 6 month olds out there that a bigger than Trent! Amazing! Let's get this kid signed up as a future linebacker for a Football team! So he's 18.6 pounds and 28 inches tall. Bryan said if we only we know I could give birth to Linebackers -we would have started a while ago so we could be rich!! :)

6 Months

Trent turned 6 months yesterday and we celebrated at the Doctors. Not for the 6 month check up- but because he was sick with his first bad cold and had been running a fever for a few days. It hasn't been fun for any of us. But on a good note, Trent has been a rolly polly- flipping back and forth on the floor both directions! He has been pushing himself up on both of his arms, the feet move around but he doesn't anywhere. Soon enough I'm sure he'll be crawling and then we won't be able to stop him. We have also been trying new sorts of vegetable purees! Sweet potatoes are his favorite so far! He is now 18.6 pounds and since it wasn't a checkup- we didn't get his height. We will get it soon enough when Trent is feeling better.
